Mooie mid-century Duitse draaistoel van Hailo, met het herkenbare blauw-witte Werkskontrolle label nog intact onder de zitting. Typisch jaren '50/'60 industrieel ontwerp: slank verchroomd vierpoots sterrenframe met kunststof voetdoppen, en een zwevende zit en rugleuning op chromen veerstelen, een silhouet dat niet zou misstaan in een Prouvé- of Friso Kramer-omgeving, maar dan met de degelijke Duitse signatuur van Hailo.
Zit en rugleuning zijn beide in hoogte verstelbaar, zoals het hoort bij dit type architectenstoel.
Goede vintage staat met normale gebruikssporen. Zwarte skai is intact (geen scheuren of slijtplekken), chroom is helder en in goede staat. Alles stevig en stabiel.
Beautiful mid-century German swivel chair by Hailo, with the recognisable blue-and-white Werkskontrolle label still intact underneath the seat. Quintessential 1950s/60s industrial design: a slim chromed four-leg star base with plastic foot caps, and a floating seat and backrest on chrome stems — a silhouette that wouldn't look out of place alongside Prouvé or Friso Kramer, but with the solid German engineering Hailo is known for.
Both the seat and the backrest are height-adjustable, as you'd expect from this type of architect's chair.
Good vintage condition with normal traces of use. The black skai is intact (no tears or worn spots), the chrome is bright and in good shape. Everything sturdy and stable.
