Founded in 1957 by Chaim Schreiber, Schreiber Furniture quickly became a mid-century success. By the 1970s it was a household name, rivalling G Plan and operating 280 dedicated stores across the UK. This is a large Schreiber extendable dining table featuring a rectangular top with curved corners. The table is finished with wood-effect Formica. The extending mechanism is straightforward: the two halves of the top pull apart to reveal the concealed central leaf, which folds out and slots neatly into place. The table is supported on four slender, light toned, solid Beech .legs Table and set of 4 chairs can be bought individually. Please contact us for prices. Size Width full extended 206cm Width unextended 152cm Depth 100cm Height 75cm Material Formica. Beech. Condition: Excellent Mid-Century condition, only very minor signs of wear reflecting age and use. Any damage - no matter how minor - will be detailed in the description.
