A superb mid-century extending dining table by G Plan, dating from the 1960s and designed by Victor Wilkins for the celebrated Fresco range—one of the most iconic and best-loved collections of British mid-century furniture.
Crafted from beautifully grained teak with the signature afromosia edge, this table perfectly captures the elegant Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic that defined the Fresco range. The clean lines, balanced proportions, and slender tapered legs create a light and sophisticated look that works effortlessly in both modern and period interiors.
The table extends via a clever fold-out butterfly leaf mechanism, neatly stored within the table itself. When opened, it provides additional seating space, making it ideal for both everyday dining and entertaining guests.
