This stunning "Cappello" (Sun Hat) pendant is a masterclass in 1970s Italian glasswork. Hand-blown on the island of Murano, it features the iconic undulating "brim" that gives the piece a soft, organic movement. The shade is crafted using the sophisticated Mezza Filigrana technique—delicate white glass canes embedded within the clear glass to create a hypnotic, rhythmic spiral.
The Details What truly sets this piece apart is the hand-sculpted amber glass ribbon tied into a bow around the crown. This sculptural accent provides a warm, sophisticated contrast to the cool white filigree.
