Chunky onyx ashtray featuring variegated pale yellow and green banding, hand-carved from a single block of natural stone. Smooth polished finish and an organic free-form shape that highlights the stone's natural beauty.
Originally designed as an ashtray, this versatile vintage piece could serve as a decorative object or functional tray for keys, coins, small jewelry; a catchall for any random trinket you may have.
Its solid weight and heft is lightened by its curved edges, translucent veining, layered color gradients, and natural inclusions typical of genuine stone. Vintage from the 1970s, it gives an earthy mid-century modern feel, fit for minimalist, boho, or natural interior styles.
