Beautiful pair of French brutalist chairs in the style of Charles Dudouyt, dating from the 1940s.
These sculptural chairs feature thick solid wood construction with characteristic rounded finials and handwoven straw seats. Their strong architectural silhouette perfectly reflects the rustic modernist aesthetic associated with French brutalist furniture of the mid-20th century.
