Original Kold Christensen near perfect condition example of the legendary Paul Kjaerholm PK20 lounge chair.
Not a current Fritz Hansen production item, this is the original KC production from the 1970s! Fully and professionally reupholstered in Denmark by former Fritz Hansen employee with original type and colour soft leather, including the headrest. Note that the marks on the leather are typical to the leather type and can be wiped off with a soft cloth. Comfortable and obviously very stylish.
Regretted sale due to merging of interiors.. Photography is not my forte, my apologies in advance. Note that new ‘official continuation’ models by Fritz Hansen with this leather type, retail at over 13,000€..
As described above, the chair shows the typical and characteristic marks that belong to the type of rich leather used. The underside of the beautiful and heavy quality frame shows some light flash surface rust which is very common and removable. See the logo picture.
