A rare and elegant mid-century teak dressing table by G Plan, dating from the 1950s and part of the highly distinctive Librenza range. This particular model is known as “White China”, named after its striking white-coloured drawer fronts, which create a beautiful contrast with the warm teak frame.
The design is both sophisticated and highly functional. It features two tilting mirrors, allowing flexible positioning, along with multiple drawers for storage—two drawers on each side and a larger central drawer for additional space. The dressing table retains the original G Plan golden maker’s mark, a sign of authenticity and quality.
This piece showcases the bold and glamorous design language of the 1950s golden age of furniture, combining Italian-inspired styling with classic mid-century modern elements. The elegant curved edges, refined brass details, and balanced proportions give the piece a luxurious and distinctive appearance.
