In 1948, they founded their own design studio, called "Per et Annelise Design Studio". Over the years, the studio produced projects for many well-known Danish companies, including Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen and Holmegaard. Per and Annelise Berthold's style was influenced by the Scandinavian modern movement, characterized by clean lines, simple forms and the use of natural materials such as wood and glass. They designed a wide range of objects, from ceramics and cutlery to furniture and lighting. Their work has been widely exhibited in museums and galleries around the world, and they have received numerous awards for their innovative design and contribution to Danish aesthetics.
