De Vries

De Vries was known for his functional, minimalist approach to industrial design, with a preference for simple geometric forms and economical materials such as steel and wood. His creations have been shown at several international exhibitions, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Among his best-known creations are the "Cordemeijer 1268" chair and the "Tube Lamp".
