A beautifully proportioned vintage teak coffee table with a refined Scandinavian look and a quietly sculptural base. The design is defined by its long, narrow tray-top surface, softly raised edges, rounded corner posts, and elegant arched stretchers that give the whole piece a light but architectural presence. It has that unmistakable mid-century balance of function and form that made Danish modern furniture so enduring internationally. Danish Modern is closely associated with the 20th-century Scandinavian design tradition and is especially known for clean lines, strong craftsmanship, and timeless proportions. While the exact maker remains unattributed, the table sits very comfortably within the Danish / Scandinavian modern tradition of the 1960s.
