The modular bookcase was made in the 1960s to a design by the renowned designers John Texmon and Einar Blindheim. It was manufactured by the Norwegian company Blindheim Mobelfabrikk.
The structure is clad in teak veneer. The surface has been refurbished. The unit comprises six practical shelves, four spacious drawers and cupboards. Additionally, the interior of the cupboards features three non-adjustable shelves. The bookcase features a convenient sliding-door mechanism, which minimises the need for a large clear space in front of the unit whilst not restricting access to its interior. This piece is the ideal solution for organising a book collection in a small living space. It also works perfectly as a display unit for collectables. All components are height-adjustable.
Condition: The surface of the unit has been refreshed. Minor scratches, scuffs and filled veneer defects are visible. We always show any significant signs of wear in the photographs. The product is ready for immediate use. No assembly parts are included.
*Due to its size and for safety reasons, the furniture may be dispatched in separate parts for transport. Assembly should not pose any problems. However, if you have any doubts, please contact us and we will send you an instructional video.
