A striking set of Space Age stacking chairs by Fröscher, designed by Hartmut S. Engel and awarded the prestigious IF Design Award in 1988.
These chairs embody the bold and functional aesthetic of late 20th-century German design.
The chairs feature red lacquered metal frames paired with the original black fabric upholstery, creating a strong and timeless contrast.
The fabric has been professionally cleaned. It shows some light signs of age and minor spots in places, consistent with vintage condition.
