Very rare and highly sought-after lamp designed in Sweden by Karin Mobring for Ikea. The lamp was presented in the IKEA-catalogue in the 1980s under the name ‘Solist’ and today is a real design icon in in an art deco style.
This lamp comes with a very solid and heavy black steel foot, combined with a chrome upper part. The shade is completely made of Opal Glass with a sophisticated transparent round lining in it. The lamp has an black wire with an on/off switch. Works perfectly.
The lamp has 3 small light bulbs (E14) and can be used with LED or normal bulbs. The lamp works on 220V, has a European plug and requires 2 bulbs of E14
