This bowl was commissioned by the Dutch department store 'De Bijenkorf' in 1958. This series was produced in a very small edition and is very hard to find. An asset for the collector of Bitossi and of Ettore Sottsass.
Dimensions: 4.5 cm (h), 17 cm (w), 20.5 cm (l)You can see some holes in the black ceramic (see photos). These are probably not damage but how it came out of the kiln.
