Art deco opaline glass vase with relief, probably Verreries de Scailmont, Henri Heemskerk, Belgium
Art deco vase probably Belgian and by Verreries de Scailmont made of opaline glass. The vase is white on the inside and has a flamed color on the outside with a rather rare relief. The vase was made in the first half of the 20th century.
The Belgian glass factory Scailmont or also called Verreries de Scailmont was founded in 1901. They made beautiful pressed glass. Around 1924, Henri Heemskerk joined Scailmont as its chief designer.
