Set of 4 birchwood Akerblom dining chair with label still at the bottom of the chair, designed by Bengt Akerblom and Gunnar Eklof for Akerblom Stolen, Sweden 1954. The design of the bar chairs came about after scientific studies by Dr. Akerblom resulting in firm support in the back cavity.
Dimensions: wide 50 cm, deep 52.5 cm, high 83.5 cm, seat height 40-41.5 cm.Condition: fair to good vintage condition. Due to age and use, there is color difference between the chairs. Use marks (stains, discoloration and scratches) in accordance with age.
