Two figurines made in the eighties designed by Yvonne Niessen for Flora Keramiek. The white lady has a small damage on the bottom. The work of Yvonne Niessen (1948 -) is inspired by the Art Deco period from the 1920s. Characteristic of her ceramic designs are the sleek geometric flattened shapes in completely black or white. The female figures (with child) and the images of animals that she designed for Flora Keramiek in the 1980s are well-known.
In good condition with light traces of use appropriate to the age of the item
