Vintage Danish Pendant Lamp by Knud Christensen

Description

White/grey space age hanging lamp from the 60s/70s by Knud Christensen Electrics. This lamp has been given the appropriate name UFO, the shade is made of powder-coated metal, the rings are made of translucent plastic through which the light shines nicely on the ceiling. The lamp is adjustable in height from 50 to 120 cm by means of the Rolly suspension system (typical for this period). This version of the UFO has a lever to easily adjust the lamp. Most versions of this lamp do not have this lever, making this a special model. The lamp is in a very good used vintage condition, the cable has not been stretched (exceptionally given its age), the lampshade is virtually intact, the plastic sleeve of the cable and the ceiling rosette have minor wear, but that is hardly visible. Dimensions: Diameter hood 42 cm Height hood 15 cm
