Vintage Compton room divider
SOLD for €595

Looking for a real eye-catcher in your interior? Do you want to divide or separate the space in your home? Then consider a room divider! This special cabinet comes directly from England and is very beautifully executed. In the mid-1960s, a series of sleek and modern-looking furniture from various manufacturers will be released in England, they are designed entirely according to the prevailing trends with details that we also see with brands from Sweden, just look at the beautiful wooden handles, the color and legs. We also see many influences from the then very popular Danish design language. Model "Compton" is in a neat used condition, still very nice to look at and full of character, coming from the first owners in England and was still in use there until summer 2022. Of course there are some visible signs of wear, incurred in the past 60 years, but never really disturbing to our taste, the photos give you a neat idea of the cabinet. Very special is that this cabinet has a playful layout of the shelves, creating a nice and airy effect, especially with some cool deco in and on it.
