Mechanism signed PONS: Marked by the renowned clockmaker Honoré Pons (gold medal 1827), serial number 894. A guarantee of historical precision and robustness.
A.C. DETOUCHE (ACD) finish: ACD marking on the plate. Constantin Louis Detouche was the clockmaker to the City of Paris and the Emperor, and received awards at the Universal Expositions.
Subject: Patinated bronze sculpture of the Emperor on his rearing horse. Superb chiseling details (uniform, mane, harness).
Dial: Guilloché work in the center, Roman numerals.
