Andy Warhol made the dollar sign in this livery. These canvases are painted after the example of this idiosyncratic artist. A triptych, pound, euro and yen from 2012 by Daan Warbol (my stage name) as a tribute to Andy Warhol. Daan Warbol is the stage name of Daan van Drunen, born 11 May 1955 in Haarlem. As a self-taught artist, he went through many disciplines, including working with paint, clay, stone and metal. Nowadays mainly active in making upcycle works and the realization of tailor-made lighting.
