Special height-adjustable hanging lamp produced in the 1960s by Lakro Amstelveen. The lamp strongly resembles Scandinavian bowl lamps and is reminiscent of the designs of Carl Thore. Behind the aluminum shell is a narrow opening all around, through which the light shines pleasantly warm on the rest of the lamp via the orange inside. This unique light effect due to the orange color on the inside has been applied to several lamps from Lakro, so that this model can also be attributed to Lakro Amstelveen. The designer is unknown. The lamp is in a good used vintage condition, the sensitive aluminum has suffered some scratches and slight discolouration over the years, but not disturbing at all. The rolly pendulum system with which you can determine the height works excellently, the cord is still in good condition, which can be called special considering its age. The original ring to hold up the ceiling rose is missing. The diameter of the fixture is 40cm, the height is 25cm. The minimum length of the entire lamp is 65cm, fully extended the length is 155cm
In good condition with light traces of use appropriate to the age of the item
