For a while it seemed that an Eleven Cities Tour would be held in February 1991, but the snow put an end to that expectation. Inspired by this period of "hope and fear", artist Frank Rosen (1946) made this beautiful color screen print. Edition: 23 of 150 Year: 1991 Signed by hand (pencil) Image dimensions: 55 x 48 cm Beautifully framed with passe-partout in matching lilac-coloured exchangeable frame with minimal signs of use. The whole is in beautiful condition and can be mounted on the wall! Judge for yourself based on the photos Please note: the stated shipping costs are within the Netherlands. For shipping to, among others, Belgium, Germany or England, ask the seller about the costs! Frank Rosen (Amersfoort, 1946) was educated at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy from 1964 to 1968 in Amsterdam. Rosen works in several fields of the visual arts, including as a painter, etcher, illustrator and sculptor. He has been a set designer for the Dutch Television (NOB) and a designer for more than three hundred television programs. Versatility can be seen as the common thread through Rosen's career. A playful versatility above all, in which it is striking again and again with how much variation and virtuosity he manages to play the countless techniques within the visual arts. Rosen's work is both romantic and abstract and can be viewed as a multicolored picture book, which radiates optimism. Works by Frank Rosen have been exhibited in numerous places in the Netherlands and abroad.
