Description
Beautiful Cassina sofa in the color grey, no stains and the fabric is not worn. The large sofa can be separated in the middle for transport. I am the 2nd owner and the set has been reupholstered 1 time with the fabric that is now on it.

Cassina werd in 1927 opgericht door Umberto Cassina in het Italiaanse dorp Meda. Het centrum voor Italiaans design. In de jaren ’50 introduceerde Cassina industrieel design in Italië. Cassina wist de meest talentvolle ontwerpers aan zich te binden zoals Le Corbusier, Frank LIoyd Wright en Gerrit Rietveld. Deze groep ontwerpers wordt door Cassina I Maestri (Meesters) genoemd. Uit deze samenwerking zijn designklassiekers als de Zig Zag stoel, de Red and Blue stoel en de LC-serie ontstaan.
