Two beautiful antique French Louis XVI chairs for sale!
All the interior has been replaced in an authentic way with materials, techniques and ways that match the furniture style of the time, such as the use of conical springs and filling material such as horsehair and crin.
Bought personally from a man whose great-grandfather was a coal merchant from Utrecht and had these chairs made in France around 1840.
Covered with beautiful gaufrage mohair velvet fabric from Edmond Petit - pattern: BOSSUET
Finished with agrement binding from Les Passementeries de l'Ile-de-France.
