Moroso Bloomy Armchair was designed by Patricia Urquiola in 2004 inspired by a flower. About the designer: Patricia Urquiola was born in Oviedo (Spain) in 1961. She lives and works in Milan. She studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the Polytechnic University of Milan. She graduated in 1989 with Achille Castiglioni. She was an assistant teacher to Achille Castiglioni and Eugenio Bettinelli in Milan and Paris and also led DePadova's new product development agency. She collaborated with Vico Magistretti, as head of the design group of Lissoni Associati. In 2001 she opened her own studio. She designs for the most important Italian and international companies.
